Get it By Christmas

For your package to arrive by Christmas, please place your order by December 20, 2025 at 12pm. Orders placed after this date aren't guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. 

Please note, our "guarantee" is subject to the carriers ability to deliver on schedule. Selah Ave is not responsible for carrier delays or package misplacements. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy holiday season. 

Processing Time

Due to an increased volume of orders, processing time can take up to 3-7 business days. Please be aware of this when purchasing items. For US orders, kindly allow 3-4 business days for postal service to reach your address. Please note international orders may take longer to arrive. 

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to your email containing your tracking number. Please consider the processing time while waiting for tracking to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your other email folders, or email us at hello@selahave.com for further support. 

Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
